A Polish manufacturer of decorative, furniture and garden pillows offers subcontracting. The company's roots date back to pre-war times. Many years of experience passed down from generation to generation are a guarantee of high-quality products. The production plant has a wide range of fillings for quilts and bedroom pillows, furniture, garden and decorative pillows, animal beds, sleeping bags and winter jackets. The manufacturer provides sewing services in the form of cutting, sewing, filling pillows, quilts, furniture and garden cushions, etc. Orders are prepared according to the customer's needs. The manufacturer also offers a range of products according to its own design. Production takes place on modern specialized machines, using innovative, energy-saving production technologies. The machinery park includes, among others, specialized sewing machines, fiber processing machines, PU foam processing machines, EPS filling machines, and entire feather and down processing lines.
Production is carried out in accordance with the approach to sustainable development. Modernization of the technological line for the production of fillings for textile products (pillows, dog beds), including those made from recycled raw materials, allows the company to reduce electricity consumption in the production process. PU waste is cut into the so-called chips (basic elements for later use in fillings of finished products), possibly mixing the obtained raw material with other elements (e.g. silicone) and portioning the fillings thus produced into finished products. Professional machinery makes the company independent from external suppliers, and at the same time it reduces production costs, reduces the carbon footprint and increases flexibility in order fulfillment. The technological process is supervised by qualified and experienced employees who guarantee high quality of production.
The company has its own truck transport, including vehicles with a capacity of up to 125 m3, and the SME has large warehouse areas and goods storage facilities.
The manufacturer has extensive experience in foreign cooperation (cooperation with large European companies from Germany, the Netherlands and France).
Business partners are sought in all European Union countries and in Great Britain. Foreign cooperation will allow the company to expand its existing customer base. - Advantages and Innovations
