A company from the north-west part of Poland operates in the wood industry and specialises in wood packaging manufacturing. It has been working to expand its activities and prepares to produce wood pellets. The firm was founded in 2015 and has recently finished an investment in a new, modern factory located 15 minutes from the Polish-German border and in the vicinity of Baltic ports. Its subsidiary provides forwarding services enabling the company to, among others, deliver the ordered products to any destination indicated by the partner. The company has extensive experience working with businesses from various Western European and Scandinavian countries.

The company produces and offers the following products:
- collars for wooden pallet certified by IPPC (ISMP 15 certificate);
- EPAL/EUR1 and UIC/EUR pallets;
- wooden shipping crates.

The collars for wooden pallets are available in the following sizes:
- 1200x800mm
- 600x800mm
- any other dimensions requested by the partner.

They can have any colour and logo the partner requires.

The pallets can have any size requested by the partner and the maximum load suitable for their dimensions.

Wooden shipping crates are made of plywood, MDF and MDP wood boards (and their various combinations), allowing the transport of even oversized and heavy loads. They are impervious and effective at protecting the cargo inside. The firm also makes shipping crates for products unsuitable for hermetic packaging - in such cases, it uses openwork technology, allowing air to come into contact with the products.

The company would like to expand and diversify its customer base; therefore, it offers a partnership under the commercial agreement to companies active in the freight transport and packaging industries. The firm is looking for partners with knowledge of their local markets and extensive networks of contacts. Agents and distributors should market the products through their channels, find new customers and negotiate the cooperation details with them. They will be presented with the full range of products and provided with marketing materials. The company is responsible for manufacturing and delivering the products. Other aspects of the partnership will be discussed and agreed upon during negotiations between the interested parties.

The firm is also interested in mutually beneficial cooperation under the outsourcing agreement (white label production) with wholesalers and retailers of EPAL/EUR1 and UIC/EUR pallets, wooden shipping crates and collars for wooden pallets.
