Its in-house R&D department has developed an innovative safety-enhancement product aimed at improving operational security and reducing the risk of hazardous incidents such as electrical fires.
The product — DZIK (Detector of Events and Control) — is a compact sensor-microcontroller system that can be installed directly in electrical switchgear. It monitors several safety-critical parameters in real time, including:
temperature,
smoke detection,
air composition,
electric arc presence.
The onboard microcontroller is capable of:
sending real-time alerts to building management systems (BMS), remote monitoring centers or users via communication protocols,
triggering emergency shutdowns of the switchgear if hazardous thresholds are exceeded.
