Founded in 2018, this Portuguese startup provides top solar cleaning products for photovoltaic panels. Cleaning is one aspect of solar panel maintenance that should not be taken lightly, because dust, dirt, pollen, bird droppings and other debris can negatively affect solar panel efficiency. The product was designed to provide an easy, efficient and affordable cleaning solution helping panels last longer, perform better and save more money in the long run.
In addition to the cleaning feature, the solution contains a surface-adhering polymer that protects the photovoltaic panel from scratches and dirt.
With a pH of 7 ± 1 and density of 1,06g / cm3, this yellowish solution is fully miscible, is available in 25 Kg, 200 Kg, 1000 Kg packages and is accessible to home owners, schools, community groups and businesses.
This SME is already a member of Solar Impulse Foundation, an international organization that searches for solutions that protect the environment in a profitable way and awards them the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label, bringing together protection of the environment and financial viability to show that these solutions are opportunities for clean economic growth.
Summing up, their solution increases panel lifespan by reducing soiling accumulation, is resistant to harsh environmental conditions (dust, pollution, extreme weather), is easy to apply, reducing labour time and complexity and is compatible with different cleaning methods: manual, rotating brushes, robots, and drones.
