The company has a 32-year experience in the design and manufacture of military uniforms and personal protective equipment and currently one of the main suppliers for the governmental institutions in Romania: Army, Gendarme, Fire Brigade, Police, Border Police and Penitentiaries.
The main commitment of the company is to become a global partner and reliable supplier of finished products and integrated services, in order to accomplish the most demanding requirements of EU customers.
CAPACITIES:
• Technical Resources: 2 cutting machines, over 150 sewing and other machines for special operations, including seam sealing, laser cutting, MOLLE, 5-needle, uberdeck;
• Human Resources: 125 skilled production personnel, 10 experienced technicians and quality control staff, 15 people in administrative tasks;
• Product types: Service uniforms, combat and training suits; seam-sealed, waterproof / windproof garments; ceremony / officers uniforms, including bespoke suits; protective equipment - firefighter suits, high-vis garments; heavy-duty products like tactical or ballistic vests.
SERVICES:
• Pre-Production: concept and design, CAD Gemini - pattern/grading making or adjustment, optimized cut planning, sampling, accessories sourcing;
• Production: cutting and sewing, special stitching and accessories operations, pressing, trimming, embroidery, screen printing;
• Post-Production: labelling, strict quality control in design, purchase and production stages (interim and 100%), AQL-type inspection, packaging, delivery logistics; ADDITIONAL SERVICE: in-house ISO 17025 accredited laboratory for fabric testing in sister company.
