Romanian women entrepreneur, located in Transylvania, founded a community of women entrepreneurs. From all the activities of this community she managed to open an NGO.

The NGO is positioned as a leading platform for women entrepreneurs in Romania, fostering growth, collaboration, and community:

- Networking and collaboration - platform's role in facilitating connections and partnerships among businesswomen - 15,000+ members in the Facebook group
- Mentorship & Consultancy - services like business advice, mentoring programs, and access to consultancy resources tailored for women entrepreneurs.
- Skill Development & Knowledge sharing - training and workshops on essential business skills like marketing, financial management, negotiation, and leadership.
- Information Sharing - access to curated content, tools, and resources relevant to entrepreneurship, funding opportunities, and policy updates; library of free resources for entrepreneurs.
- Visibility and exposure of the brand and the business in online projects on the platform and in social media, online fairs (Spring and Winter).

The NGOs offers the following services:
- Business Advisory Services: Guidance on strategy, branding, marketing, and funding.
- Event Hosting: Regular networking events, conferences, and webinars.
- Online Community Platform: A digital space for members to share ideas, ask questions, and collaborate.
- Advocacy: Representation of women entrepreneurs' interests in public and private sectors.

Thus, the Romanian NGO would like to find international partners to develop strategic collaborations for growth opportunities such as building a knowledge hub featuring success stories, industry insights, and best practices; expanding internationally to connect Romanian women entrepreneurs with global networks or launching programs focusing on underrepresented industries or rural women entrepreneurs.

To support its mission of fostering a strong community of Romanian women entrepreneurs, the Romanian NGO would like to further develop its projects and wishes to join international consortia of funding calls:

EU Grants for Women Entrepreneurs
- Erasmus+ (KA2 - Cooperation Partnerships): For projects fostering education, training, and innovation, particularly in women's entrepreneurship.
- European Social Fund Plus (ESF+): For initiatives promoting gender equality, social inclusion, and entrepreneurship training.

Innovation and Digital Transformation Funds
- Horizon Europe (Gender Equality in R&I): Calls that promote gender-inclusive innovation ecosystems and networks.
- Digital Europe Programme: Funding for digital skills training and entrepreneurial innovation.

Social and Economic Inclusion Programs
- European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) Grants: For fostering collaboration, mentoring, and gender equity initiatives.

Networking and Community-Building Specific Funding
