MBIS contributes in the digital journeys of companies operating in automotive, food, medicine, fuel, mining, cement, defense industry since 2000. It is our company's main strategy to provide the most appropriate, inclusive and end-to-end services and solutions at all stages, including strategy, transformation, implementation, support and innovation. In addition, we are interested in engaging in EU projects related to GDPR, data security, user authorizations, IoT and Industry 4.0 domains. Data modeling, data anonymization and optimization, are the highly-motivated researc areas.
Firstly, we desire to show our prior skills and practices that can be considered for “system integrator” actor in the underlying call for increasing World leading data and computing technologies contribution. Hence, it is seemingly better to pinpoint successful full cycle SAP® ERP project implementations in relevant industries and intellectual properties and softwares in data privacy and management pillars.
We have developed the original Springfield SAP® S/4HANA conversion methodology using the experience gained from many successful SAP® S/4HANA technical conversion projects. SAP® S/4HANA Springfield Conversion a special, SAP® Qualified Partner-Packaged Solution certified methodology developed and successfully implemented to date by Nagarro + MBIS, bridging the gap between redesigning all processes and making an SAP® S/4HANA project from scratch, and making a pure technical SAP® S/4HANA transition without touching the processes.
SAP® PDP (Personal Data Protector) is a specially designed and developed SAP® solution which greatly helps organizations to take measures required by GDPR through managing personal data protection and orchestrating related processes for SAP®, non-SAP® systems and physical environments, centrally and with a holistic approach.
Dera is a special SAP® ABAP add-on software, developed by Nagarro + MBIS R&D Center, which discovers personal data fields; encrypts and redacts (anonymize) personal data in SAP® , with certain rules, conditions and methods for compliance with GDPR.
Privao is a special SAP® ABAP add-on software, developed by Nagarro + MBIS R&D Center, privao is a specially designed and developed mobile compatible, ERP-independent software solution which greatly helps organizations to take measures required by GDPR through managing personal data protection and orchestrating related processes centrally and with a holistic approach.
Secondly, we desire to show our prior skills and practices that can be considered for “AI/ML expert” actor in the underlying call for secured disruptive technologies contribution. AI research activities are focused on two line of technologies: ML (machine learning) enhanced product development and RPA (robotic process automation). Product portfolio is given in detail as follows:
AMETIS (Authorization Mining Engine to Intelligent Security) solution calculates potential and actual risks in the existing (as-is) role contents and effectiveness rates of the roles over end user behaviors extracted from the ERP systems. With the help of developed data preparation techniques and machine learning algorithms, role optimization is executed and the optimized roles are assigned to the most suitable end users.
In after-sales customer support services, unresolved incidents and frequently occuring customer visits cause a significant increase in sales operation expenses, while affecting the quality level of the after-sales services and distrupting brand goodwill in the long run. In the context of Intelligent Maintenance, iSpare (Intelligent Spare Part Management) solution proactively recommends the most probable spare part to the responsible technical service for new incidents with the leverage effect of machine learning algorithms.
