An innovative web application for collecting, analyzing and processing data within the health and performance of athletes offers organisations like sports clubs or academies the opportunity to create a customised profile with unique test batteries for their clients. It is possible to use in other fields such as fitness and physiotherapy centres, medical facilities or schools.
Mentioned web application provides personalised online workouts and exercises based on test results, as well as the possibility to import or export data from other wearable electronics devices (but also diets, DNA tests, electronic scales, etc.).
The main benefits of the app are injury prevention, improvement of athletes' performance and digitalisation of the organisation itself. Sports academies can use the data from players for scouting or overall club management and determining training load. The application can be also used by health insurance companies, where the data aggregated in this way is used abroad to better design insurance policies for professional athletes.
The basic version of the application is programmed and using in several football clubs in Slovakia and private fitness centres as well.
The Slovak company is looking for investors to improve the developed application. In the near future, they would like to include more advanced features, such as:
1. AI integration, which will be used for 2 functionalities
- Pre-population of player evaluation reports written by coaches
- Interpretation of measured biodata based on Evidence based medicine and Evidence based sports training
2. API links to other software solutions (GPS, electronic scales, nutrition tests, DNA tests, photocells, video analysis of matches, etc.)
3. Improved graphics
They would like to cooperate with via an investment agreement. - Advantages and Innovations
- The innovation is the ability to digitise large sports organisations in terms of health and performance improvement at minimal cost (licences are in the hundreds of euros). The application will eliminate the need for Excel spreadsheets in clubs. The company has automated the management of player profiles and created a communication platform between the different members of the club (club owner - sports director - coaches - doctors - physiotherapists - players - marketing department - scouts - parents).
