General information
- Short Summary
-
A Slovenian family company developed a technology for individual printing of 3D shoes using a special method.
The company is looking for a partner interested in Commercial agreement with technical assistance. - Full Description
-
That company has a family tradition of individual shoe making 1991. It is a family business that inherited the shoemaking trade, which was already practiced by the previous generation. They have been passing on the knowledge of shoemaking from generation to generation for years. They started with soft and comfortable children's footwear made from natural materials, but today they specialize in the production of demanding orthopedic footwear for diabetics, rheumatism and anyone who needs adapted footwear for various reasons.
The technology of the Slovenian company can be used in custom printing of 3D shoes using a special method/technology.
The technology is most beneficial in printing 3D shoes for individual customers using scans of their foot print.
Instead of creating a mould for just one customer, 3D printing is used. 3D printing itself alone might not be enough due to homogenous structure on the footwear surface but using special method/technology of the company, they are able to produce different pressure-resistance areas in a footwear – therefore predictable heterogenous surface, based on the foot scans of individual customers. - Advantages and Innovations
- The main advantage is the fast delivery because of the use of 3D printing. Other main advantage is full customisation of footwear for each particular customer, by their foot scans.
