Shtriga, a small publishing house from Rijeka, Croatia, publishes speculative fiction (fantasy, science fiction, horror, and mixed genre fiction) in English and Croatian in ebook and print on demand.They have a substantial amount of experience in working with Croatian writers, libraries in Croatia, and other publishing professionals. They currently offer fiction editing (developmental editing, copyediting, and proofreading) in English and Croatian, and are open to working with fiction writers from all ranges of experience. In the field of literary events they offer assistance in terms of programming and holding book panels, book signings, and author events, as well as book discussions, and book clubs. The SME specializes in panel moderation and science fiction conventions, and we’ve been working in the wider literary culture field since 2001.
The SME is offering its services to European partners from the domains of speculative fiction research, folklore exploration, and literary analysis, under an outsourcing agreement. - Advantages and Innovations
