The main focus of the company is on preserving and enhancing through roasting all the flavors that characterize the different types of coffee, which, thanks to their stability, keep all organoleptic features intact over time.
The roasting plant is equipped with high quality roasters, which, thanks to their own design of "roasting curves", achieve the optimum level for each of the products.
Likewise, the machines in the packaging plant allow, either by vacuum packaging or with semi-vacuum and degassing valves, high levels of conservation.
The company produces all the products in their own facilities and with the highest quality.
Besides, the company has a control laboratory that analyzes the different roasting colors, the densimetry and granulometry of the coffee, and where organoleptic analyses of green and roasted coffees of the company and of the competition are carried out.
Three products have been awarded the International Coffee Tasting and Great Taste awards in the years 2008, 2012, 2014 ,2016 and 2018. The references awarded are: Artesania (Horeca & Retail), Special Espresso (HORECA) and Colombia Tambo (Retail).
