Vitreous enamel technology is based on the use of inorganic minerals (quartz, silicon, feldspar, etc) that get fused together with the sheet of steel when they are heated up to 830ºC. The result is a surface with the properties of glass (hardness, shine, luster) and the resistance of steel.
This company has developed a high-reflectance panel for its use in tunnels, helping reduce the consumption of electric energy in illumination. They have a certified hygienic panel for its use in public transport stations with a high flow of users. Overall is a high-end product that provides the infrastructure with a modern and functional look for as many years the client wants to keep it.
This material is now well known in a lot of countries, and its use increases as soon as the metro/tunnel management organisations get in touch with it.
