- Full Description
-
This Spanish foundry manufacturing plant has over 60 years of experience in the casting industry. The facility is equipped with the largest-format DISAMATIC vertical moulding system and operates under ISO 9000 quality standards as well as full compliance with EU environmental regulations.
The company specializes in the design, casting, and processing of grey laminar cast iron components for a variety of applications, including:
- Wood, gas, and coal-burning stoves
- Fireplaces, hearths, inserts, and cookers
- Aesthetic castings for home cookware
- Urban furniture, bathroom elements, and other decorative or functional uses
All production processes are carried out in-house, from iron melting to porcelain enamelling, machining, surface finishing, and final assembly, offering a complete manufacturing solution, from single components to fully finished products.
The extra-large vertical DISA moulding system allows the use of existing pattern moulds (both vertical and horizontal) of the same or smaller dimensions. Additionally, the foundry features an in-house pattern workshop capable of developing new moulds within four weeks, with a team of engineers working closely with customers’ design teams to ensure technical accuracy and high-quality results.
The company is currently seeking outsourcing and manufacturing agreements, particularly in the United Kingdom. - Advantages and Innovations

Partner Sought
- Expected Role of a Partner
-
The company is looking to establish long-term collaborations with UK-based SMEs operating in niche sectors, particularly those manufacturing high value-added products, even if their overall turnover is moderate. These companies often seek reliable and flexible suppliers for small to medium batch production and may currently be outsourcing to low-cost countries.
Ideal partners are:
- Industrial manufacturers looking to outsource the production of cast iron components, whether raw or with specific surface finishes (e.g. machined, painted, porcelain enamelled, assembled).
- Companies that require small series or short production runs starting from 50 sand moulds.
- Businesses in need of engineering and design support for the development, re-engineering, or optimisation of cast iron parts.
- Manufacturers seeking a European supplier with a proven track record, high-quality standards (ISO 9000), and competitive pricing, as an alternative to non-EU sourcing.
The Spanish foundry aims to become a preferred casting partner, offering a fully integrated, in-house process, from pattern development to final assembly, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and responsiveness. The company also brings international logistics experience, having worked with UK partners since 2005, and is especially interested in connecting with SMEs that may not yet have access to international trade fairs or supplier networks. - Type and Size of Partner
