The company is an RD engineering enterprise specialized in product development and business strategy and innovation consultancy. The company has created and patented an evolving technology whose mission is to become an standard in sustainable and smart home constructions. This technology helps users in theses installations to save water in many ways, even when they are not aware.

The developer is also the manufacturer of the devices, which are built in Spain currently. Advantages and Innovations
This technology-based innovative company has developed a modular device that attaches to an existing plumbing installation and helps the user to save water. The current commercial version of the technology saves water every time the user wants hot water, as it avoids the wastage of cold water that occurs until hot water reaches the desired tap. This happens using a recirculation technique that does not require a double branch (two pipes for hot water: consumption and return) and which is activated only when the user wants hot water, avoiding the high energy consumption of traditional equipments, even the programmable ones.

The patented technology has many unique features:

- Modular: the device is formed by up to 5 different types of modules that attach to the installation in different layouts to get the benefit the user is looking for in any kind of installation and individual water heater (with tank or tank-less; solar, electric, gas, fuel...).

- Low energy consumption: the recirculation cycle is only active when the user wants it.

- Visual notifications: when the water is ready to be used.

- As many activation points as wanted (App Mobile).

- It can be added to construction projects so that the technology gets pre-installed inside the walls for a more elegant finishing. (It is indeed in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software Autodesk's Revit database and others).

- If installed in an existing plumbing installation, no jobs are required, as the technology does not need any additional pipes or tanks to work properly.

And many others related to its target buyers: final customers, business using hot water (like hostels, hair dressers, camping sites, etc.) and residential construction companies or Real Estate agencies.

installation hardware market, such as manufacturers/distributors of sanitary equipment, taps
and valves, domestic appliances, home automation, water heaters and related products and

the project stage, the construction stage or after the building (house or establishment) has
been finished and occupied (including refurbishing companies).
The partner should have at least 5 years of expertise in the field, in order to assure proper
