Thanks to the extensive experience and knowledge in the use of Google products, they have achieved the status of Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace and AppSheet certified technology partner.
As part of its extensive experience in document management, the technology consulting firm created an automatic alerts service to monitor any activity performed on Google Drive files. The application allows configure notifications at intervals of 10 minutes, hourly, daily, or weekly for resources including files, folders, forms, sheets, and even web pages. This ensures a quick and customized flow of information exchange, tailored to your preferences and requirements.
Alerts that are created on any Google Drive resource, allow to add filters to make the notification much more personalized.
Name: By setting the name filter the system notifies any change in the file containing the name "x".
Content: By activating this filter, the tool will notify when there are changes in documents containing the entered keyword.For example: Content "Accounting project 001".
MimeType: this filter is for monitoring PDFs, text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, photos or images, videos, audios, drawings or folders.
Writers: With this option, the tool sends alerts when a specific user who has Write permission on the documents performs a monitored action. The same applies to users who have Reader permissions.
Alerts are received through the browser, Gmail or Google Chat.
