As a technology-based company founded in May 2023, their technology solutions are recycled oriented and propose new processes and advance materials obtained following sustainable and energetic efficient principles. Their first product is a material that uses exclusively black mass from alkaline batteries, obtained through crushing and magnetic separation processes, without the need for high temperatures, making it free of greenhouse gas emissions.
Their process transforms the black mass into a highly efficient material for H₂S capture in gas streams through a multi-step process. This process adheres to zero-waste goals, with waste either being recirculated within the process itself or reused as raw material in other industries. The tests with synthetic gas streams, has demonstrated greater properties and functionalities than the usual market products.
Focused into the development of new sustainable materials designed for circular economy the company's environmental commitment goes beyond product use, guaranteeing post-consumption recovery. Thus, once the material reaches its saturation point, its composition allows it to be reused as raw material in other industries amplifying its circularity-- loop uses.
The company has secured intellectual property protection for the production and use of their material, including a European patent and several trade secrets, ensuring long-term competitive advantage and its planning to file additional patents.
