- The German barefoot shoes specialist would like to offer a tool for reliable foot measurement for endcustomers at home. They are looking for a plastics processing company or any other company able to produce foot measuring plate made form stable plastic (PVC) under a supplier agreement.

The German company was founded in 2019 as a small retailer for barefoot shoes. The company went online during the pandemic and generated considerable sales since then, with continued growth.
They would like to provide their customers with a foot measuring plate for reliable foot measurements. This measuring mat is for endcustomers to measure their foot size in length and width in centimeters at home. The successful barefoot shoes trader is now looking for a company able to produce this foot measuring device. This might probably be a plastics processing company, a plastic injection company, a company producing bank, customer or plastic cards, a company for advertising systems, advertising technology or any other company that is able to produce the product made of flexible and stable plastics.
The measuring mat will be made of stable plastic (PVC), approx. 40.5 cm x 22.5 cm in size. On one short side there is a stable angle made of non-flexible plastic – with approx. 2 cm x 4 cm. A more environmentally friendly alternative to normal plastics is welcome. Example photos are attached.
Guide lines are printed on the measuring roll as a scale. Printing data will be delivered by the German company. The printing is multi-colour.
Planned amount: 10.000 pieces (not necessarily in one production step)
No special packaging is required.
The product is a new development, therefore no further technical details are available. The product needs to be constructed together with the sought manufacturing company. A protype can be shown.
