Access to a technical team for service, support, and aftermarket handling is essential, with the ability to handle flat pack deliveries and perform final local assembly being desirable but not required.
The partner should have strong relationships with municipalities, tourist attractions, parks, resorts, real estate developers, and campus environments. Experience with public procurement processes or governmental contracts is a plus. An existing portfolio within mobility solutions or adjacent products, such as electric buses, golf carts, or tourist trains, is preferred.
The company values sustainability, innovation, and circular business practices. They are interested in partners who can offer vehicle-as-a-service models, including leasing, subscription, or operational solutions. The partner should see long-term value in locally assembled, solar-powered, and connected electric vehicles.
The partner should be capable of building local sales channels, focusing on the company's strengths in sustainability, design, and total cost of ownership.
