The customers are mainly consumers in the Scandinavian countries but has also clients in different European countries and the USA. The company therefore offer instructions, templates and other installation material in English. The company provides customer service through email, phones and direct video chat for the buyers on how to install their products. The company also caters to needs of businesses, shipyards and resellers in home market and aboard.
The company have an established network of 10 reseller in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. They ranges from shipyards to agents and sailmakers.
