The Company is a well-equipped company with laser and plasma benches, CNC technology, and various metal processing machines. They are a supplier and business partner, offering metal-cutting services to leading manufacturers in sectors such as office furniture, store decoration, defence, and machinery. Since 2010, they have aimed to strengthen their business partners' capacity and have invested in a diverse mould and machine park to achieve their evolving vision. They are a company that prioritizes the quality of metalworking and focuses on intermediate processes to achieve precision and high-quality final products. They have a well-equipped machine park consisting of 7 presses with different capacities, precision straightening and welding tensioning machines, wet-dry polishing, deburring, and edge-breaking machines. Additionally, they meet the demands of their business partners through 2 welding robots and 9 manual welding stations. Moreover, they collaborate with customers on special joint projects with the help of their experienced R&D team.
The company also offers colouring services for the products they manufacture in their paint facility, which has an extensive conveyor length and the capacity to handle large-sized products. This additional service adds value to their production process. In 2019, they invested in a polishing and chrome facility to specialize in supplying special surface coating materials throughout Turkey, catering to the increasing demand for high-quality coated semi-finished products, especially in the store decoration, shelf, and furniture industry.
