AI-Driven End-to-End Recruitment and Talent Management Platform
This project aims to develop an AI-powered recruitment and talent management platform that automates and optimizes the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding. The platform will enhance efficiency for both employers and candidates by leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline tasks such as job description creation, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
Employers will benefit from predictive analytics, automated workflows, and seamless integration with multiple recruitment channels, ensuring faster and data-driven hiring decisions. Candidates will enjoy a user-friendly experience.
Designed with a scalable and ethical approach, it ensures compliance with data privacy regulations while fostering fair and inclusive hiring practices.
The project will be submitted for funding under the Eurostars program, enabling collaboration with international partners to develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies.

Partner Sought

Expected Role of a Partner
We are looking for two separate partners to collaborate on the following aspects of the project:

A. Data Privacy and Regulatory Compliance: A partner specializing in data security and regulatory compliance to implement robust encryption, user consent protocols, and secure data storage systems, ensuring adherence to GDPR, KVKK (Turkish law), and other relevant data protection regulations.
B. BIAS AI: Partner will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating algorithmic bias in large language models (LLMs) and conversational AI systems deployed in recruitment processes.
