- Full Description
-
A UK-based educational company specialising in the development of child-friendly handwriting resources is actively seeking commercial partnerships to expand its presence throughout Europe. The SME offers a diverse product range focused on practical tools designed to enhance children's pencil grip and writing control.
Their product range includes specialised writing aids tailored for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), as well as tools specifically designed for left-handed users to ensure comfort and ease during writing. The ergonomic design allows for easier dexterity and better pencil grip and control and is suitable for left and right handers.
The SME also offers tripod writing tools, which are designed specifically for children, featuring the correct length and diameter to fit small hands comfortably. They use break-resistant graphite that is spot-glued to prevent breakage, combined with lightweight yet durable wood sourced from FSC-certified forests (Forest Stewardship Council). These tools promote a softer grip and use pigmented graphite for easy, clear mark-making. They support the development of pencil control, letter formation, alphabet knowledge, phonics, phonemes, shape recognition, logical thinking and drawing activities, making them ideal for early learning and handwriting development.
In addition to this, the SME offers handwriting activity books that support the development of fine and gross motor skills, coordination, visual perception, cognitive abilities, and memory retention. They offer pre-writing exercises and letter practice with guided dots and arrows, covering both pre-cursive and cursive styles. Designed to promote a fun and confident learning experience, the books feature a special ring-bound, lay-flat design that is ideal for left-handed users. This design reduces hand strain, helping children write more neatly and comfortably while enjoying the process.
The SME is now looking to increase the presence of their products across Europe through partnerships with distributors, retailers and sales agents that have experience with educational based products. The aim of such partnership is to support the UK SME to make their handwriting resources more widely available, helping educators and parents support children in developing confident, effective writing abilities. - Advantages and Innovations

The SME is seeking commercial partnerships with distributors, retailers, and sales agents to support its growth across Europe.
Distributors: The SME is targeting distributors with expertise in stationery, early learning education, or publishing who supply books and related products to retail stores. The focus is on those with an established customer base in these sectors, particularly distributors that supply directly to schools. Given that the products support children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), the SME is especially interested in distributors with experience in this market.
