To expedite the integration of sustainable, bio-based materials into product manufacturing, an innovative company in the United Kingdom has is developing a comprehensive database of essential metrics and associated metadata for these materials. This database caters to a wide spectrum of professionals, including product design teams, production engineers, procurement specialists, sustainability executives, and business leaders engaged in the production of goods utilising bio-based materials.
