It evolved from a general engineering company to specialise in the design and manufacture of innovative, folding cricket cages, and subsequently into cages for other sports, including golf, baseball and multi-use cages. Whilst the folding (‘Concertina’) cage is the company’s main offering, they also manufacture rigid and hybrid cages and are adept at adapting designs to meet customers’ bespoke needs.
The company currently sells to national, county and local cricket clubs, to public and private schools and further education establishments, and to individuals for home (‘backyard’) use in the UK and abroad. The company has identified that there is a market for its products both in Europe and more widely in the US, Australia and Asia and would like to find distributors and set up distribution service agreements within those countries.
