The British company, with its unique e-learning platform, has a proven track record of delivering accredited courses and training and supporting learners through exams and into their careers. This company has been successful in many different countries, including Germany and the Netherlands. The company also creates custom courses and training for large organisations and governments overseas, including Saudi Arabia and Indonesia.
Options to partner include:
1. The partner purchases the courses directly and the training provider enrols the learners. Discount available up to 25%. This option has no cost to the partner. This option may suit large organisations, HR managers, training departments.
2. The partner resells the courses on their website (the UK company can consider dual-branding). The UK company provide full support to the partner and its learners. The partner decides the pricing* for their market and receives up to 25% commission/discount for each course sold. This option has no cost to the partner. This option may suit training organisations and agents in the education sector.
3. The UK company creates a dual-branded school with dual-branded enrolment emails and certificates; the partner can also monitor all student activity and progress reports and use the platform to create their own pricing and marketing campaigns with landing pages, coupons and forms. The partner decides the pricing for their market, and the UK company issues an invoice to the partner for learners with a discounted price list for each course sold. There is an annual recurring cost to do this. This option is best suited for large groups such as Universities, Colleges, large training organisations, multinationals and large businesses.

• Learners have one year to complete the course and pass the exam
• Where relevant, the training provider includes the official eBooks to support the learner

The UK company is looking for partners to scale up internationally. The SME is interested in partnering directly with potential organisations to expand its business in foreign markets. It is looking for partners interested in either expanding their choice of courses to their learners and teams to provide a unique offer.
Type 1
Potential partners can be large organisations, multinationals, training centres, universities, or colleges that are interested in improving their overall performance. In this case, the cooperation is envisaged under a commercial licence agreement for their country.
Type 2
Education providers (Colleges/Universities), training providers and agents with an established training portfolio seeking to expand their course content provision/offer to its client base.
Commercial agreement is offered on an agreed % basis as the provision grows.
Type 3
HR Managers and Training Departments in most sectors and corporate organizations, for example; financial services such as Accountancy, Insurance and Banking, Legal, Retail, IT, Life Sciences, Utilities such as Energy and Water, professional services such as consultancy.
