This Ukrainian company was founded in 2016 and now specializes in the production of protective carton corners. The SME offers the next type of corrugated packaging:
- Protective cardboard corner profile “V”. The corner is designed to protect products during unloading, loading, storage, and other product handling. Also, the Protective cardboard corner increases the load when the PP tape is tightened, while the product will not lose its presentation due to the uniform distribution of the load over the entire corner, and this will give a more holistic look to the structure. Reduces wobbling when the truck is not fully loaded and friction when fully loaded.
Shelf width - (A x B) - from 30mm x 30mm to 50mm x 50mm.
Angle thickness - (C) - from 3 mm to 5 mm.
Angle length - (L) - from 300 mm to 5000 mm.
- Asymmetric protective cardboard corner profile "L". The asymmetric protective carton corner is a corner with asymmetric shelf width (different A x B ratio). Often used for packaging products, the dimensions of which go beyond standard norms. For example, the height of the products on the pallet is 50 mm and the width is 800 mm. It's possible to use an asymmetric corner, say 50 mm x 110 mm or 30 mm x 90 mm, in this case, the maximum product area is safely hidden under the protective corner.
