The Ukrainian company is specialised in the manufacturing and installation of vertical steel tanks. They professionally manufacture and install vertical tanks made of 4-14 mm thick steel. Its employees are experienced and qualified specialists. Roll-made tanks can be installed in several ways. Maximum volume is 5000 cubic meters.
The first stage of work is design and creation of technical documentation. The approved project goes into production. For manufacturing, 4-14 mm thick steel St3Sp/Ps5 is used, corresponding to the international certificate C 235CR. Components are manufactured and supplied.
The supplied metal undergoes incoming inspection and is calibrated. The sheets are welded on a frame by automatic welding. High-quality welding is ensured by fluxes and welding wire from ESAB. Quality control is carried out:
- vacuuming;
- ultrasonic flaw detection;
- X-ray.
The tanks are transported in finished form and installed on site.
The company offers a service for the manufacture of vertical and horizontal tanks. The company provides a 3-year warranty for its products and also provides a package of technical documentation.
To extend the business activity, the company is offering subcontracting services in the design and production of tanks and reservoirs for biogas plants (tanks, heat exchangers, etc.), chemical, food, or other process industries. The company is looking for a commercial representative of its products in the European market.
