The commercial partner will be responsible for:

Developing and executing regional business strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in Poland.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, HR Directors, and Heads of Recruitment from IT and tech companies.
Organizing and managing local events such as conferences, webinars, and networking sessions to foster community engagement and promote the company’s offerings.
Identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities with local companies and institutions.
Monitoring market trends in Poland and suggesting areas for growth and expansion.
Collaborating with the global team to align local activities with overall business objectives.
