Ukrainian foundry company, national manufacturer of high-quality steel shot for surface treatment, cast iron and steel casting of any complexity. The company produces steel shot using innovative American technologies on the basis of a state-of-the-art production site of a new building with a total area of one square kilometer. The production capacity of the enterprise is 12,000 tons per year. The company's experience, modern production facilities and uncompromising approach to quality control allow us to offer a product that meets the highest standards and satisfies the needs of even the most demanding customers. The main equipment for filling steel shot is: shot blasting machines, chamber shot blasting machines, drum shot blasting machines, conveyor shot blasting machines, hand-held shot blasting machines.
The enterprise is based on the principles of innovation, reliability and customer focus. Modern production facilities equipped with advanced equipment from leading global manufacturers. This ensures consistently high product quality and optimizes production processes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency. The production complex includes the most modern technologies and automated lines. This allows for the production of steel shot that meets international quality standards (SAE J444, ISO 11124, EN 10204).
The production capacity of the enterprise allows for the production of products in large volumes, which ensures timely delivery of even the largest orders. Today, it is possible to supply spherical steel cast shot of all fractions according to the standard from S110 to S1110 and chipped shot of all fractions from G14 to G80 and hardness according to international quality standards. The enterprise can manufacture steel shot according to the technical conditions and requirements of the customer. High quality of steel shot is achieved due to careful control of all stages of production.
Only high-quality raw materials are supplied to the enterprise and the melting, processing and cooling processes are strictly controlled.
The company has passed a certification audit for compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The enterprise has successfully certified a modern laboratory equipped with the latest equipment and technology for a comprehensive analysis of the quality of our products. This laboratory plays a key role in ensuring high production standards and guarantees the reliability and efficiency of the products.
