Full Description

The Ukrainian company has been established in 2001 and since then has years of international and domestic work experience. Production capacity allows to produce on its equipment simple rotary parts as well as large parts of complex configuration:
- rotor wheels of turbocharges;
- turbine casing;
- parts of ship IC-engine, mechanical devices and tackles;
- ship aluminum pistons;
- welding structure with machining for engineering industry;
- rotors arrangement;
- turbine blades.
The technological process is constructed in such way as to ensure the required accuracy and get high-quality surface without using additional tools, such as bench working, buffing. At that, productivity should remain at a high level.
Control is carried out with usual measuring tool (calipers, micrometers, depth gauge, gauges) as well as with measuring machine ZEISS ECLIPSE, which allows you to check the details for its compliance with drawings quickly and with high precision.
Finished products are delivered to the customer only after a rigorous technical inspection for compliance with the requirements of the drawing, pass through the stages of washing and packaging, as well as provided with a complete set of documents, including the passport of a product.
The company is looking for partners for a manufacturing agreement. The Ukrainian SME offers affordable and cost-effective production of flexible volumes – from one piece to mid-range series (thousands of pieces) of metal fences, billboards and other metal structures. The company can also offer customized products, assembling, testing to packaging and shipment to required destination.
