The Ukrainian company, which successfully produces metal packaging for paints and petrochemical products for over 23 years. During the modernization, the production line of the company has been improved by weel-known brands of equipment from all over the world.
In its production company uses the white tin, with a thickness of 0.20-0.22 mm. Thanks to the resistance to light, moisture impermeability and heat resistance, white tin provides optimal product protection.
All products of the company are made taking into account the specific properties of paints and petrochemical products. Banks have a special lock on the lid, which, in combination with the sealant, allows them to be used to store highly fluid materials.
This form provides savings for storage and transportation of 60% compared to cylindrical banks and allows the full use of the contents of the bank. The lid is also sealed with a sealing gasket that is opposed to all types of solvents. The cover is insured from an independent opening, a specially formed castle. The bottom is double-seated and sealed with a pad of sealing paste.
According to the request of the customer, the inner and outer surfaces of the packaging can be treated with anti-corrosion varnish coating, and a multi-color lithographic image of any degree of complexity may be applied to the outer surface and cover.
