This company specialized in the development, production and implementation of technologies and equipment for the grain processing in the industry. Today they have modern technologies and original equipment in all major areas of grain cleaning, flour and cereals production, as evidenced by more than 30 patents in this area.
The SME produces about 200 items of equipment for grain processing industry. They can produce a variety of grain cleaning complexes, flour mills and groats shops from design to commissioning.
Today, the company is one of the largest manufacturers in this segment:
- grain cleaning equipment (grain separators, grain separators, air separators, scalpers);
- technological equipment for flour production (rolling machines, flour sifters, enthalpy-dismembrators, kneading machines, grain surface cleaning machines);
- technological equipment for cereal production (hulling and grinding machines, rolling machines, centrifugal hullers, cereal sifters, paddy machines, steaming machines, and a lattening machine);
- conveying equipment (grain elevators, scraper conveyors, screw conveyors);
- gravity equipment (flap valves, gate valves, branches, inlets, gravity pipes);
- aspiration equipment (cyclones, fans, airlocks);
- laboratory equipment (laboratory mills, drying cabinets, laboratory sieves and hullers, specialised laboratory equipment for grain and flour quality control);
- integrated aggregate solutions (grain cleaning units, groats and groats mills, mills, cereal enrichment units, and grain flake lines).
Among trends which are developed by SME a special attention is paid to grain quality control and its processing products. The results of the effort are embodied in more than 20 items of laboratory equipment produced in lots.
