The Ukrainian company from Kharkiv has 22 years of experience in the manufacturing of soft packing. The company was founded in 2002. The capacity of the bags varies: the company produces bags according to individual parameters depending on the needs of the business and the field of activity.
Products are made from polypropylene fabric of different densities - 60-240 g/m2. In accordance with this parameter, the carrying capacity of the bag can be from 0.5 to 2 tons. The most popular are models designed to transport cargo weighing 1 ton. The load capacity is determined by the customer and depends on the loading and unloading equipment available at the enterprise and the size of the Big Bag.
The company produces soft containers of several types:
- single-loop - with one loop from the body of the big run;
- two-loop - with two loops from the body of the big run;
- four-sling - with four sewing slings.
A big bag can be equipped with valves for loading and unloading contents, have an open top or a solid bottom, have a lapel for additional protection of the valves, and also have an apron for tying the top of the big bag.
During the manufacturing of Big-Bags, the SME uses polypropylene fabric of leading domestic and foreign manufacturers, which is made with the addition of special additives. Such additives slow down the polypropylene destruction process under the influence of ultraviolet, which significantly reduces the risk of loss of goods during prolonged storage outdoors.
The company is planning to expand its sales abroad and therefore is looking for trade intermediaries under the distribution services agreement. - Advantages and Innovations
