Full Description

The Ukrainian company began its work in 2008. Today it is a modern production facility developed on the basis of state norms and standards adopted in Ukraine and EU countries, as well as international quality requirements. The SME's products have proven themselves in many countries.
It produces products: sewer pipes, water pipes, drainage pipes, pipes for heating and hot water supply, PE gas pipes, polypropylene pipes, cable systems, tanks, pumping, cleaning, plastic wells, road construction, ventilation, welding equipment, pipes for slurry pipelines.
The production equipment produces polymer pipes for water supply, sewerage, gas and heat supply networks with diameters from 20 to 3000 mm, outdoor sewerage wells with a diameter of up to 2200 mm for systems of various designs, as well as reservoirs of various configurations and functional purposes.
The company's quality control laboratory is unique in its capabilities. It conducts both incoming inspection of polyethylene raw materials arriving at the production and acceptance tests of finished products in accordance with regulatory and technical documentation. Final inspection of products is carried out in several stages: determination of the strength and thermal stability of pipes, determination of ring stiffness, and study of resistance to slow crack propagation.
In 2009, the SME received a certificate of compliance with the quality management system requirements of ISO 9001-2001.
The company seeks to expand abroad and is looking for trade intermediaries (distributors and trade agencies) which are interested in polymer pipes and would like to establish a long-term cooperation and work under a commercial agency or distribution services agreement.

Role of the partner:
1. Under a distribution services agreement - a potential partner is expected to buy and sell the company's products on its own markets using its own distribution channels. Any issues concerning payments for such cooperation will be discussed and established during negotiations between partners.
2. Under a commercial agency agreement - a potential partner is expected to represent the products of the Ukrainian company and the payment to the agent will be made in the form of a commission.
