Full Description

The Ukrainian company specialized in manufacturing high quality sandwich panels is looking for distributors in Europe. One application has been developed for transport vehicles and others are under development for various industries.
Sandwich panels are a highly effective building material consisting of three layers: two metal plates made of thin-sheet galvanized metal with a polymer coating, between which there is a filler (heat-insulating material) - polyurethane foam (PIR, PUR), mineral wool or expanded polystyrene. They can be customized as followed:
• Thickness: from 60 to 200 mm.
• Honeycomb density: 15 kg/m3 or 115kg/m3.
• Width: 1 200 mm but the company can weld them up to a width of 5 000 mm.
• Length: Up to 15 000 mm.
• Different coating are available: smooth matt white or black coating or grey non slip coating.
• Cutting and thermoforming on request.

Thanks to their excellent weight over mechanical performance ratio and other advantages (such as its excellent durability), those panels are currently used in many sectors where solutions to reduce weight while improving the durability of their products is needed. For example, they are used to manufacture truck bodies, containment products (containers, boxes etc.). The panels’ properties and the several processing solutions make those products a really attractive solution to the current substitutes (plywood, aluminum, traditional FRP panels etc.).
The company is looking for customers interested in ordering products from its offer. They are looking for commercial agents and distributors selling to the service-construction sector.
