The constant increase in the cost of energy and the pace of waste accumulation are global problems today.
The Ukrainian SME offers a solution to these problems with the help of a compact universal gas generator boiler, which allows you to process potentially environmentally hazardous combustible waste, in particular car tires, and obtain thermal energy using an environmentally friendly method of thermal gasification.
This boiler operates on combustible household and industrial waste: rubber, leather, textiles, plastic, agricultural, medical, and liquid combustible waste, etc. It can also operate on traditional fuels. The high temperature of gasification and combustion guarantees disinfection and destruction of the combustible waste or the fuels.
The maximum fuel size is limited only by the size of the gasification chamber. This allows even whole car tires to be used as fuel.
Due to the latest technology, the content of harmful substances in emissions does not exceed the permitted European standards.
Utilization of combustible waste by gasification and incineration is the most effective way to solve energy and environmental problems.
This will allow you not to spend money on the purchase of fuel, transportation, and disposal of combustible waste, not to pollute the environment with waste, not to poison the environment with organic decomposition products, and reduce CO₂ emissions.
The waste-to-energy boiler is compact, and its structural and environmental characteristics allow installation and use near sources of waste generation, within industrial facilities, and residential buildings, and in the mobile version, for a quick solution to heating problems, in places with a destroyed energy infrastructure.
The energy obtained can be used for heating, water heating, electricity generation, and technological needs.
The innovative potential of the boiler lies in: the latest combustion technology, environmental friendliness, versatility of fuel, and operation without "backlighting" (i.e., without gas, diesel consumption).
When using combustible waste produced in Ukraine as fuel, it is possible to save about 4 billion m³ of gas per year.
The boilers are certified and have been successfully operating in Ukraine since 2015.
The Ukrainian SME is looking for partners for European certification of equipment, possible fine-tuning of equipment to EU requirements, expansion of the range of equipment, primarily focusing on the requirements of specific regions regarding the presence of combustible waste, consumption of thermal energy or for the generation and consumption of electricity, as well as the organization of production and sales of equipment in EU countries.
