It has a strong track record in civic tech, smart governance, and the design of inclusive digital services that support regional development and digital transitions.
Under the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme, the company is leading the development of a proposal to establish a Cross-Border Virtual Lab. This Lab will empower public authorities, SMEs, and enterprises to co-create and test data-driven solutions. Through innovation cycles—such as hackathons and datathons—the initiative will promote digital skills, transnational cooperation, and the adoption of digital tools to address key societal and sectoral challenges.
The company will oversee the design and technical implementation of the platform, ensuring interoperability, accessibility, and strong user engagement. It will also contribute to pilot actions in several priority areas, including digital tools for sustainable tourism, e-marketing solutions for the agri-food sector, health innovation initiatives leveraging data and technology, and digital applications to support the creative economy.
The platform will enable the development of transnational digital services such as e-governance, e-learning, and digital production environments, in full alignment with Interreg’s objectives on smart specialization and inclusive digital growth. Furthermore, the company aims to strengthen digital capacities across the Adriatic-Ionian region by offering modular, user-friendly technologies that help bridge the digital divide. The Greek company is seeking public and private sector partners from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
Ideal partners include public authorities and government agencies that can act as challenge providers by contributing real-world problems, policy needs, and relevant datasets. The consortium also seeks collaboration with large enterprises that bring domain expertise in key sectors and can support the design of pilot actions and the scaling of solutions. Additionally, SMEs, academic institutions, and research centers with a proven track record in digital innovation, smart specialization, and cross-border cooperation are encouraged to join. Partners with a strategic focus or operational experience in the fields of health, agri-food, sustainable tourism, or the creative economy are especially welcome. Familiarity with local or regional smart specialization strategies (RIS3) and a demonstrated commitment to regional innovation are highly valued.
Together, partners will co-develop the project proposal, design and implement pilot actions within their respective regions, and demonstrate scalable, data-driven digital solutions. The ultimate aim is to foster smart, inclusive, and sustainable growth throughout the Adriatic-Ionian region.
