The product is a patent-pending sustainable polymer made from post-consumer recycled HDPE and cotton textile waste. Its current formulation achieves a 70/30 blend of HDPE to cotton waste, outperforming standard HDPE with triple the strength, 20% higher tensile durability, and 10% less weight.
Unlike conventional HDPE, it can be extruded into filament and used in 3D printing—opening B2C applications in addition to its core B2B focus on injection-molded products like pallets, crates, furniture, and retail infrastructure. The material has also been refined with odor-eliminating additives for market readiness.
This product addresses two major global waste problems: plastic pollution and apparel landfill overflow/cotton waste burning. It is scalable, versatile, and compatible with existing injection molding infrastructure.
