The organisation represents a professional platform for experts, regulators, and market participants working to modernise Ukraine’s financial system and align it with European standards. It plays a key role in facilitating public-private dialogue, improving regulatory environments, and advancing ESG and sustainability practices in capital markets.
Its contribution to the Horizon Europe call HORIZON-CL6-2025-01-CIRCBIO-06 will focus on incorporating ESG indicators into circular economy monitoring frameworks, helping to improve financial decision-making, non-financial reporting, and investment risk assessments.
Key contributions and assets:
-Expertise in ESG regulation and ratings
Deep familiarity with the EU regulatory landscape, including recent legislation such as Regulation (EU) 2024/3005 on ESG ratings. The team has prepared analytical materials on ESG transparency and its implications for financial markets.

More than 30 years of experience in policy formulation, regulatory drafting, and stakeholder engagement in capital markets and financial services.

Extensive portfolio of applied research on securities trading, municipal bonds, and local investment financing. Publications include guides on financial instruments and international best practices in sustainable investment.
