General information

Short Summary
Based in Sweden, this innovative business began with a mission: to offer sustainable, plant-based food through a unique vegan restaurant concept. Over the past five years, it has built a proven and profitable business model with strong financials and an outstanding reputation.
Full Description
A business model built on eco-friendliness, zero food waste, and 100% plant-based solutions, designed to meet the increasing demand for sustainable and ethical food choices. The concept is easy to manage and highly scalable, offering a streamlined operation with significant growth potential.
With a loyal customer base and a strong reputation, expansion into manufacturing has led to the development of Europe’s first shelf-stable, paper-packed hummus, created in collaboration with Tetra Pak in Lund. This innovative, additive-free product requires no refrigeration, contains no oil or sugar, and offers exceptional logistical benefits while reducing environmental impact. The packaging solution reflects a commitment to sustainability and the growing demand for high-quality, eco-conscious food options.

The journey began six years ago when an entrepreneur with extensive experience in banking, strategic planning, and SME financial advising moved to Sweden and launched the venture with a SEK 200,000 microfinance loan. Today, the business has evolved into a well-recognized Malmö institution with a turnover exceeding SEK 4.5 million.

The manufacturing expansion was made possible through crowdfunding, where community trust fueled the project with SEK 1 million in support.

With a foundation in vegan restaurant operations, the business has demonstrated a successful and financially solid model, earning consistently high ratings on platforms such as Google Maps, TripAdvisor, and HappyCow.
