Cecilia Zapata-Harms is a founder, entrepreneur, and executive with over 30 years of experience in the life science, biotechnology, and healthcare industries. She has held leadership roles in strategy, joint ventures, startup development, program administration, and has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions.

Ashley is a partner at Ogletree Deakins handling the complexities of multi-plaintiff, labor and employment matters across multiple state and federal jurisdictions. She is also actively involved in raising the profile of women in the legal profession, through work in her own firm and service to professional organisations.

Katie Busbee is an associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Greenville office and focuses
her practice on economic development and employment law matters.

Lisa M. Patti M.S., CCC-SLP is the founder of C3Speech. She has been working with international executives, and founders for more than 15 years. Her coaching is rooted in the science of Speech Pathology and has evolved through hands-on experience in the worlds of startups, scale ups and corporates.

Thomas is an experienced adviser for business services in the Single Market Programme/SME Pillar/Internal Market and Support to Standardisation unit.

Christos is a Policy Officer in the Unit D2 Industrial Forum, Alliances, Clusters of the Directorate General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW). He plays a key role in the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), overseeing sector and thematic groups across EU and non-EU countries, while coordinating with Commission services and stakeholders.
